Shipping Information

Shipping Rates and Details:

We currently only ship to the continental United States.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Ground Shipping Rates:

These are the regular shipping and handling, ground service charges to addresses within the USA and possessions. (Includes parcel insurance.)

For all orders (except for Truck Shipments), and for each separate delivery address, add to the total of goods the following shipping charges:

USA Surface/Ground Shipping Charges (contiguous 48 states ONLY):
$13.95 for totals 0 to $250.
$17.95 for totals $250 to $500.
$22.95 for totals over $500.

We currently ship ONLY to the 48 contiguous US States. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam. We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.




Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any item within 90 days from the date the items were shipped. We pay for the return shipping costs (U.S. customers only) if you use a prepaid label generated by completing our online returns process.

To process a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Locate your order number from your order receipt email or the packing slip from inside your package.  (Your order number will be a 10-digit number starting with “1200…”)
  • Fill out this online returns form using your order number to initiate your return*.
  • Completing this online form will generate a prepaid label that you can print.
  • Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return, ideally in the original packaging.
  • Place the return packing slip or order receipt inside the box.
  • Place the prepaid Return Shipping Label on the outside of the box and return your package to a UPS Store or UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet.
  • Please do NOT call UPS to pick up your package as there is a $10.00 fee for this service, which will be at the customer's expense.

*Please note: some items are non-returnable via UPS. If your order contains one or more of those items, your order may not be found in the online returns form.  If your order cannot be found in the online returns form for ANY reason, please contact us to process your return.  We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

All International Order return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and will not be reimbursed. All International returns sent within 90 days will be refunded the full returned merchandise cost when received.

You should expect to receive your refund within two-three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

  • Ground Delivery: order by 1pm EST Wednesday, 12/17/2025 for ALL continental US locations. Many locations are STILL available for ground delivery. See the UPS chart below for transit times from our warehouse in Ohio to your area. Please allow 1 business day to process the order
  • 2-3 Day Express delivery: order by 1pm EST Monday, 12/22/2025
  • 1-2 Day Express delivery: order by 1pm EST Tuesday, 12/23/2025
