"We ordered the large sliding door latch with great expectations that were not fully met. Actually getting our order was a pain that took multiple phone calls (and a trip to the UPS store to return two Garrett Wade orders that came to me instead of their intended recipients. ) I’m pretty sure my original latch order went to someone else as well. Once we finally received the latch, I was a bit disappointed that the black finish was completely rubbed off on a section of the latch. Despite that, we installed the latch and it seems to be a good fit for our pool house door."
